We’re excited to introduce Tablas—a bold and flavorful way to enjoy some of our favorite cuts.

 Each Tabla is crafted with care, full of rich textures and vibrant flavors, and beautifully arranged to let each ingredient shine.


Every Tabla comes with our house salsas, roasted corn, a potato-chorizo taco, creamy guacamole, and fresh corn tortillas.

  • Iberian Pork Chop
    Single bone-in, expertly brined and infused with warm Mexican spices.
     
  • Australian Wagyu Flank
    Marinated in smoky chipotle and bright citrus, then flame-grilled for a perfect char.
     
  • Rack of Lamb (French Cap)
    Rich and tender, infused with achiote and red chile marinade.
     
  • Mary’s Airline Chicken
    Breast and thigh, brined and slow-cooked in a vibrant achiote-chile marinade.
     
  • Niman Ranch Rib Chop
    Thick-cut, single bone chop, boldly seasoned with our signature chipotle rub and fire-seared to perfection.
     

A Note on Credit Card Payments

 We truly appreciate our guests and the continued support you show us. In an effort to keep doing what we love while navigating rising costs, a 3% charge will be added to credit card payments to help offset processing fees.  Debit cards and cash are not subject to this fee.
