Chef Eduardo Posada's culinary creations boast vibrant flavors that beautifully complement renowned international wines like Bordeaux, Burgundy, and Brunello di Montalcino. These prestigious wine regions excel in showcasing the delicate balance between food and wine. Our Southwestern-inspired cuisine introduces earthy layers, mineral hints, and gentle spiciness without overpowering heat. A standout dish is the Ribeye Agua Chile, a delightful fusion of earthy and herbaceous flavors that evoke the essence of traditional Claret.

To ensure a seamless dining experience, we offer up to three evenly split payments per table. A 20% gratuity is applied to parties of eight or more.
Each dish at Posada Alta Cocina is thoughtfully composed by our kitchen. To preserve the integrity and balance of every plate, we respectfully do not offer substitutions.
