After a decade of operation, our new brand "Posada Alta Cocina" has been recognized for its outstanding wine program in Wine Spectator's 2023 Restaurant Award which celebrates the World's Best Restaurant for wines. Blanca and I are grateful that our restaurant has been acknowledged alongside the best in the world.
By receiving this prestigious award, it validates our commitment to crafting exceptional wine and culinary pairings. We want to thank our loyal guests for allowing us to guide you in a journey of flavors through our creation of modern, classic Mexican dishes and our understanding of international wines.
In celebration of our achievement, we have created a special tasting menu with Posada Classic Flavors paired with Classic Appellations of the world. This dinner is designed for a time to celebrate with friends.

These wine lists display excellent breadth across multiple winegrowing regions and/or significant vertical depth of top producers, along with superior presentation. Typically offering 350 or more selections, these restaurants are destinations for serious wine lovers, showing a deep commitment to wine, both in the cellar and through their service team.
