What will the last half of the year bring to Posada? Enhancements to our dining experience will continue with new seating options allowing for more comfort and togetherness, new and bold dishes that keep the Posada “flavors” front and center, and exciting wines and spirits that will have your palate dancing.
We added booths to our seating mix. They bring a bit more coziness to our dining room. We added a couple of seating enhancements to our cellar table as well; making it even more sought after.
Chef Alexis Posada and his team will be pushing the boundaries while keeping our DNA intact. His excitement and creative approach is realized throughout our new menu. There are more salad options for lunch and seafood options for dinner. Don’t worry! We still have our Posada “classics” on the menu.
Beverage Director, Jorge Tinoco will continue to bring exciting wines and hard to find gems to our cellar that appeal to a wide range of wine lovers, which has awarded us Wine Spectator's Restaurant Award - Award of Excellence again for 2022. Our spirits program continues to grow. New tequilas, whiskeys, and more are being added to our lineup. Check them out the next time you dine with us. Mark your calendars for an Arroyo Cellars winemaker’s dinner October 18 and be on the lookout for other wine events.
