We have a culinary vision behind each plate, we do not offer substitutions. Every element is carefully curated by our kitchen so that each flavor is experienced as intended.

Our Guest Experience — Large Party Dining

 At Posada Alta Cocina, large party dining is thoughtfully designed to be seamless, celebratory, and deeply memorable. To ensure the highest level of service and culinary integrity, we invite you to review the following details as you plan your gathering with us.

 All large party reservations are secured with a valid credit card on file, including card number, expiration date, CVV, and billing ZIP code. 


 Should you need to cancel your reservation, we kindly request a minimum of 2 day notice.
Cancellations less than 2 days of the scheduled event will incur a $15 per person fee, based on the confirmed guest count. 


A  10.25% sales tax and 20% gratuity will be applied to the final bill


 

We kindly request your confirmed guest count no later than five days prior to your reservation. This allows our culinary and service teams to prepare with precision and care. 


Confirmed Attendance
Once your final guest count is received, it will serve as the minimum commitment for your reservation. Should fewer guests attend, the confirmed number will be honored. Any remaining cuisine will be thoughtfully packaged for you to enjoy beyond your visit.

For example: if a final headcount of 20 guests is confirmed and 18 guests attend, the final bill will reflect 20 guests.


We are delighted to offer 20% off selections from our award-winning wine list, recognized by Wine Spectator. Additional cocktails, spirits, and culinary enhancements may be enjoyed throughout your experience.
Kindly note, we do not offer corkage for large party reservations, as our beverage program is curated to complement your dining experience.
